I know first hand how therapeutic yoga has helped me and many of my clients to manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression (muscle tension, sleep disorders, lack of focus, fatigue, anger, digestive issues, panic, heart palpitations, and many others).
I believe so strongly in these practices that I want nothing more than to share them with others experiencing some of the same symptoms.

I offer talks that are combined with hands-on practices, so as to leave participants with tools that they can take home with them. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
