Topics are as far and wide ranging as; teamwork & cooperation, learning to gain control over the nervous system, the importance of intention setting & commitment, being adaptable to change, having faith, practicing kindness, energy centres & how to identify and release blockages, practicing acceptance and clarity, and much more. These are skills steeped in yogic traditions, but they are life skills valuable in any environment.

 I know first hand how therapeutic yoga has helped me and many of my clients to manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression (muscle tension, sleep disorders, lack of focus, fatigue, anger, digestive issues, panic, heart palpitations, and many others).
Whether you’re looking to offer a program for your employees, or organizing a special event or conference, my interactive sessions have helped teach hundreds of people the skills  to manage any existing symptoms, and go forward living healthier, more balanced lives.
I offer talks that are combined with hands-on practices, so as to leave participants with tools that they can take home with them. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
