Introductory Package

Intake Session + One Follow Up Session – Two Session Package $300

This package is a great way to begin exploring the healing benefits of therapeutic yoga.

Package includes:

  • Initial 90 minute in-depth session which includes all or some of the following (based on analysis of your Intake Form): Breath analysis, postural analysis, range of motion testing, gentle physical practice to observe movement patterns and existing blockages, balancing breath practice, plan of action for following week (developed together with client)
  • 1 x  60 minute follow up therapeutic yoga session
  • A customized therapeutic yoga sequence given to you for your home practice

(Both sessions must be used within a month of purchase date)

Delve Deeper

Intake Session + Five Follow Up Sessions –  6 session Package $720

If you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression, stress, fatigue, this progressive package is for you.

Delve Deeper is the package for clients who are looking to add new tools to their existing self-care routine. Each week, you will leave with additional skills designed specifically to help you develop a home practice that will address your symptoms. You’ll see progress from week to week, as you learn which practices work best for you.

Package includes:

  • Initial 90 minute in-depth session which includes all or some of the following (based on analysis of your Intake Form): Breath analysis, postural analysis, range of motion testing, gentle physical practice to observe movement patterns and existing blockages, balancing breath practice, plan of action for following week (developed together with cliepic flowerkripalunt)
  • 5 x  60 minute follow up therapeutic yoga sessions (these sessions are designed to build on one another, therefore it is recommended that you have appointments once or twice a week for successful progression)
  • A customized audio recording of a guided relaxation practice (yoga nidra) sent to you via email
  • A customized therapeutic yoga sequence for your home practice
  • Email access to Dorit to answer questions in between sessions

(All  6 sessions must be used within two months of package purchase)
