I’m Dorit and I love what I get to do every day.
I share yoga practices to help us all manage stress and anxiety, and, as a bonus (!) we build strong bodies that move with greater ease. We develop balance, not only in the physical body, but we develop a calm, steady mind that is less reactive.
Who am I?
I spent 20+ years in the corporate world until the one day where I suffered a burnout, followed by a combination of anxiety, depression, panic attacks.. you name it. I realized that I didn’t want to run anymore. I needed to breathe. I know that yoga helped me to heal, and that’s why (after 600+ hours of training and 7 years of teaching full-time) I’m here, sharing effective and accessible practices with all of you.
