Hi there,
I’m Dorit and I love what I get to do every day!
I have the privilege of sharing yoga practices to help us all manage stress and anxiety, and, as a bonus (!) we build strong bodies that move with greater ease. You will develop balance not only in the body, but in the mind. As you learn new practices to steady your active mind, you’ll find yourself more responsive to events, and less reactive.
Who am I?
I’m in my late-50’s, I’m a mom of three grown boys, I have one adorable grandson (when did that happen?!), I’m a wife, a daughter & I’m a dog mom to Ollie the pug. 
I spent 20+ years in the corporate world until the one day where I suffered a burnout, followed by a combination of anxiety, depression, panic attacks.. you name it. I realized that I didn’t want to run anymore. I needed to breathe. I know that yoga helped me heal, and that’s why (after 600+ hours of training and 10 years of teaching full-time) I’m here, sharing effective and accessible practices with all of you.
