Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. My goal is to help you deal with symptoms of your anxiety, using yoga, meditation, and breathing practices. While we calm the mind and bring ease into the physical body, you’ll feel your energy shift. I’m in my mid-50’s and I’ve lived with (and still co-exist!) with my anxiety for decades. I know that yogic tools have helped me heal. I’m looking to share these with you right here. Once again, a warm welcome ♥
