This isn’t your typical yoga class. My RESET Method goes beyond the physical postures! I am singularly focused on giving you unique and practical tools to help you navigate life’s difficult moments and challenging emotions with grace. It’s important to learn to self-regulate your nervous system, and that’s what we do in our practices together.
My RESET Method uses the many tools of therapeutic yoga, combined with your body’s inner wisdom, and the power of your intention to release tension stored in your body, regulate your nervous system, and create space in your mind for clarity and peace of mind. You’ll wake up feeling grounded, navigate your day with calm strength, and show up for yourself and others from a place of calm presence.
