Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! Having worked in the corporate environment for 25+ years, and having raised a family with 3 boys at the same time, I get it. I’ve lived the challenges of work deadlines, quotas, travel schedules, school carpools, planning evening dinners and more! It brought me to a burnout. I experienced scary symptoms that I thought were physical… turns out it was my nervous system talking to me! I delved deep, studied therapeutic yoga for years to find ways to not only live with my anxiety, but to thrive while *it* lives quietly in the background. I’ve found yogic tools to calm my nervous system and my goal is to help you deal with symptoms of your anxiety. While we calm the mind and bring ease into the physical body, you’ll feel your energy shift. I’ve just turned turned 60 (but feel 16 most of the time!) and I use yogic tools daily to manage various symptoms, live in a place of balance, and not in the extremes of my moods.
