Yoga for a strong core:  Your abdominals serve many functional roles in your daily life. They assist with breathing, they keep your spine in alignment, they protect your lower back, and they assist in the many different movements of your torso and limbs.  A strong engaged core is key to our yoga practice, but also to healthy, daily, pain-free living.

This program was developed for YOU, if you’ve been active in the past and have “fallen off the bandwagon”.
This program was developed for YOU, if you’ve never been active in your life, and believe it’s time to get started.
This program was developed for YOU, if you’ve been rehabilitating from an injury and have lost muscle mass and flexibility.
This program was developed for YOU, if you’re feeling sluggish, tired, and want to take control of  YOUR health.

I have 600 + hours of Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga for Anxiety training.
You don’t have to CHOOSE.
We will design your hour-long sessions to combine TRAINING (build muscle mass, core strength) and STRETCH YOGA (develop flexibility, balance, alignment)
