Hi there, and welcome!

Founded on a passion for yoga and wellness, with an underlying belief that there is no health  without mental health, Yoga with Dorit’s mission is to bring both  mental and physical wellness into the workplace and into the community at large. I’d like to *touch* as many people as I can with my unique LifeForce™ Yoga practices. These are tools that are accessible to all, there are no age restrictions or physical limitations that we can’t work with! No previous yoga experience necessary. 

Having worked for 25+ years in a corporate environment, I know the challenge of fitting in time for wellness. Whether you’re a full time mom (hardest job ever!) or a busy executive, I know that you’re living with a packed schedule, meetings, deadlines and more!  Add to that, any extra travel or sitting at a desk for long hours, and you have a recipe for poor posture, aches & pains, and overall physical/emotional fatigue. I’ve been where you are, I’ve experienced anxiety, panic attacks, symptoms of burnout and depression. Yoga helped me to heal my nervous system. With more than 600 hours of specialized *Yoga for Anxiety* training, and teaching full-time, I know it can help you as well. 

I bring my understanding of the corporate environment, my years of being a full-time working mom with 3 boys, and my years of study & experience with LifeForce Therapeutic Yoga for Anxiety™  to benefit you in your daily life. 

You’ll find our practices leave you calmer, more productive, more focused on the task at hand. These are tools that you can bring home and use in any stressful situation.
