Yoga for Anxiety workshop

I’ll be offering a 3-hour Yoga for Anxiety workshop that will offer LifeForce® Yoga tools to help bring your nervous system into balance, clear away obstructions, and help you recognize thoughts in the mind before they take hold of you. Combining movement, breath work, guided meditation, mantras and restorative postures, you will  leave with practices to help manage symptoms of your anxiety.
Expect to strengthen your muscles and your focus.
Expect to build awareness and invite presence.
Expect to create space in the body and in the mind.
